Let’s skip the small talk and get right down to the nitty gritty: Placement of the patch is key to finding relief! To discover the full benefits of Jovi, you’ll first need to find the place where you feel your discomfort is radiating from.
Once you find the right placement, you’ll know it! If you are intercepting a signal, the patch should start to feel warm. If you don’t experience that ahh-inducing moment within a minute or two, simply move the patch around and try again. Wait approximately 30 seconds in each spot as you slowly move Jovi around the area.
Find the source of your discomfort.
Placement of the patch is the most important step in finding relief. Some women find the most comfort with the patch over their abdomen; others prefer placing it on their lower back.

Situate the patch directly above the spot of discomfort. Jovi works by intercepting signals in the nervous system before they make it to the brain – soaking them up like a sponge.
Get out there and live your best life. Use Jovi as often as you need for as long as you need it to help cope with common culprits of discomfort.

Back aches can radiate significantly throughout the body. In other words, your discomfort might not be coming from where you think it is! To find the source, place the Jovi patch about an inch above where you feel the most severe discomfort. Give the patch 2-3 minutes to start and slowly move it around the area, an inch at a time, until you start feeling the warming relief.
Jovi is here to help! Hold the patch directly on your head where the discomfort is most severe. (No need to use the adhesives for this step.) In 2-3 minutes, you should start to feel relief, at which point you can move the patch to either side of the base of your neck for a few minutes at a time. Some people even find relief by placing Jovi underneath a hat for the day, or by placing the patch on their pillow while they sleep. You do you!
Let’s cancel those cramps, shall we? Some women find relief by placing the patch on their abdomen, near the uterus. Others have more success with relief when Jovi is placed on the lower back. We recommend starting with the patch over the uterus and slowly moving it around the body towards your back until you find the correct placement.
The nerve that branches from the lower back to the hips and booty and down the legs causes many people discomfort. Since the discomfort spans throughout so many points in the body, finding exactly where to place the patch can be tricky. Be patient! Start by placing Jovi where you feel the most discomfort. If you don’t feel relief after 2-3 minutes, slowly move the patch up the pathway of the nerve until you feel the magic start to kick in!
